2. No Refund Policy
All purchases are 100% non-refundable, non-cancellable, and no returns will be accepted.
Life42 Wellness offers non-tangible, irrevocable goods and services. As a customer, you are responsible for understanding this policy before making any purchase.
- You are responsible for paying the full agreed-upon price for any program, regardless of whether you complete it, leave early, or do not use the program at all.
- If you require a payment plan, you remain responsible for the full purchase price.
- Late payments may result in removal from programs until payments are current.
- By accepting these terms, you agree never to dispute any charges already paid through any payment platform (including but not limited to PayPal, Stripe, Square, or bank transfer). Initiating a dispute is considered fraud.
3. Program Delivery
Life42 Wellness sometimes provides live programs; however, it is not guaranteed that every program will be live. Life42 Wellness retains the right to provide pre-recorded programs and to adjust scheduled programs and dates without prior notice.
4. Ownership of Sites & Restrictions
The contents of the Sites — including all text, graphics, trademarks, and materials — are protected by copyright and trademark laws and are the property of Life42 Wellness.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, delete, display, transmit, distribute, or sell any content from the Sites
- Publish, distribute, or commercially exploit any material without written permission from Life42 Wellness
These Sites include, but are not limited to: https://life42wellness.ai/ and any other site owned or operated by Life42 Wellness, now or in the future, including social media pages.

These Terms apply only to Life42 Wellness’s Sites. We do not maintain, create, or endorse content on third-party websites we may link to. We are not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of linked third-party sites.
Third-party sites may only link to our Sites with prior written permission. We reserve the right to revoke such permission at any time.

All events, courses, information, and content on the Sites are subject to change without notice.
7. Submissions
We welcome general feedback but do not accept unsolicited creative submissions or topic suggestions. Any unsolicited submission sent to Life42 Wellness automatically becomes the sole property of Life42 Wellness. We will have no obligation of confidence and may use such submissions for any purpose, without compensation to you. Please refrain from submitting personal or confidential creative work.
8. Forums & Community Conduct
“Forum” refers to any message board, chat room, social media posts/comments, user review section, or other interactive feature on the Sites.
